Dekker Announces Fall 2009 Seminar Schedule - Washington, D.C., Tyson's Corner, Los Angeles, & Seattle

Dekker, Ltd. announces its October-November 2009 Seminar Series schedule, bringing half-day Program and Project Management educational events to locations throughout the country. The Fall 2009 seminar topic is "Earned Value Management with Microsoft Project," and the seminars will take place in Washington, D.C., Tyson's Corner, Virginia, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

This course provides attendees with a comprehensive look at the concepts and theories of project control using Earned Value Management techniques. It will highlight EVM terminology, practical usage and calculations, and examine how practitioners can best use Microsoft Project 2007 in an Earned Value environment, while clearly defining the contemporary philosophies, developments, and pitfalls in implementing disciplined EVM techniques.
