Customer Support Analyst IIIDescription:
The Customer Support Analyst III provides technical support to users of DEKKER TRAKKER® project management software. With the support of a senior support analyst conducts industrial training courses in Basic through Advanced project management. Responsibilities include evaluation of cost and schedule control systems, assistance with integration of these systems with job cost accounting systems. Develops custom installation of DEKKER software systems and integration of implementation of electronic transfer of cost and schedule data using EDI and/or the Internet.Education Requirements:
Masters Degree in Management or a related discipline or a CPA or related certificationYear/Experience:
