Programmer / Systems Analyst III

Description:

The Programmer/Systems Analyst III devises and designs information technology systems required for the solution of moderately difficult business problems, or for segments of more complex problems, and formulates procedures for their solutions. Works independently and leads teams playing a major role in the development and implementation of major systems. 

Education Requirements:

Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering or Computer Science or related discipline
