Customer Support Analyst I

Description:
The Customer Support Analyst I provides technical support to users of DEKKER TRAKKER® project management software. With the support of a senior support analyst conducts industrial training courses in Basic through Advanced project management. Under supervision assists in the evaluation of cost and schedule control systems, integration of these systems with job cost accounting systems, and installation of DEKKER software systems using electronic transfer of cost and schedule data using EDI and/or the Internet. 
Education Requirements:
Technical training or Certification or Associates Degree in Management or related discipline
