Payment Options

You may pay by check, purchase order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club.

Discounts

Dekker University offers the following discounts:

5% when payment is received 30 days prior to course or training track start date
10% when groups of three or more register for the same course or training track
10% when registering for more than one course at a time

Discounts may be combined for up to 25% savings on registration fees.

Seating

Class size is limited. Please register as early as possible to guarantee a seat in a particular course or training track. You may contact Dekker University at 1-800-4-DEKKER or 1-909-384-9000 to check for the space availability of any class.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the class start date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 30 days of the class start date will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time, at no additional cost, subject to seat availability. Failure to attend a program without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.

Dekker, Ltd. has negotiated discount rates at several hotels in the area. If you are planning on staying at a hotel, please use the following information to ensure that you receive the best rates available. Just ask them for the Dekker rates when making your reservations.
