This is an introductory course outlining the following analytical techniques found in Dekker iPursuit®: cost, schedule, resource, technical performance, earned value management (EVM), risk assessment and performance analysis. Students will learn the process of defining specific rule sets and threshold tolerances and how to incorporate customized digital dashboards into Microsoft® Outlook or any Internet browser. Students will also be introduced to techniques that maximize the use of Microsoft® Office components to construct a customized project management information system (PMIS).
