This course is designed for students interested in learning how to generate executive views through Dekker TRAKKER® and how to use Microsoft® Excel for managerial reporting and business performance measurement. The course covers the advantages of TRAKKER’s enterprise-oriented data in formulating project portfolio management (PPM) views. Students will explore TRAKKER’s Microsoft® Excel presentation layer through the use of Sort, Select, and Summarize (SSS) to create balanced scorecards with drill-down views. In addition, instruction will be provided on how other organizations use TRAKKER executive views for project management, financial management and performance-based analysis.
