This course provides students with an understanding of how Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are typically used for project portfolio management (PPM) and gives instruction on the tools and techniques that can be used to develop an effective PPM analysis system. Students will review the reporting capabilities of Dekker iPursuit® and how to structure the product’s digital dashboards in a way that is meaningful to each individual’s need for information. Every iPursuit analysis technique will be covered, including schedule, cost, resource, earned value management (EVM), and performance measurement. The theory and practical application of each technique will be reviewed so that iPursuit users can maximize the benefits of this powerful PPM analysis tool.
