Covers Cost, Schedule, Resource, Technical Performance, Earned Value Management, Risk Assessment, and Performance analysis techniques provided by iPursuit. Users are guided through the process of defining specific rule sets and threshold tolerances, and incorporating customized Digital Dashboards with any internet browser or Microsoft Outlook. Users are introduced to techniques that maximize the use of Microsoft Office components to construct a customized Executive Information System.
